What is vitamin B12 and where can I find it?
Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin that the human body cannot produce itself can form and must therefore be ingested in sufficient quantities with food. Sources of vitamin B12 in our diet are mainly animal foods, e.g. muscle meat, fish, eggs and dairy products. Plant-based foods, on the other hand contain only small amounts of this essential vitamin.
What is special about BjökoVit Vitamin B12 and who should take it take in?
We have the biologically active coenzyme of B12 in form for our chewable tablets of methylcobalamin used. It does not have to be reshaped by the human body and is therefore optimally offered for the metabolism! Vitamin B12 is especially important for vegetarians and vegans as it comes from their diet take in insufficient amounts of vitamin B12. As a near-vegan, I rely on regular B12 supplementation.Since I also really enjoy cola, I figured I couldn't go wrong with this product, and I wasn't disappointed.
It tastes great and contains the higher-quality methylcobalamin that I need to take as part of my diet, so it gets full marks here too :-)
