The red blood cells transport vital oxygen to all organs and tissues. A disruption in the vitamin B12 supply can therefore impair the vitality and performance of the entire body. Recommended use of Vitamin B12 Hevert Direct Spray (pack size: 30 ml):

Adults and adolescents aged 15 and over: Spray 1 spray into the mouth daily between two meals. Hold the bottle upright when spraying. Shake well before use.
