I can't tolerate dairy products at all, so I'd rather be on the safe side and eat a vegan diet. Of course, with this form of nutrition there are also occasional difficulties in absorbing enough nutrients. Vitamin B12 is one such nutrient. With a vegan diet, I can't get the vitamin through my food and have to supplement it if I don't want to have any deficiency symptoms. For me, the lozenges were the best choice for supplementation because I cannot swallow hard capsules well. I'm very satisfied.

Since I, as a vegan, avoid all animal products, I have to pay attention to my vitamin B12 level, which is what I do with these lozenges.
