Vitamin C is always important for the body and I think it's just really good to support my immune system with it. The rose hip seems to help me with my knee problems.

For me, vitamin C is an important immune booster! Preferably in freshly squeezed juice. Since this rarely works out in time, I add a portion of vitamin C powder to my muesli every day. It couldn't be easier for me!
