I am super happy with the vitamin D3 capsules from Köhler. I've been taking it for a long time now and can only report positively about it.

Especially in the winter, I have to consume a lot more D3, even though I already have a chronic vitamin D deficiency. The tablets help me well, but in my opinion they dissolve too quickly in the mouth. Decristol in 20,000 U are in gel capsules and filled with oil, which is necessary for the absorption of vitamin D3.

Good alternative for people who are allergic to peanut oil, which is unfortunately contained in other vitamin D capsules.
