VSL#3^® contains 450 billion live lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria from 8 different strains.

VSL#3 – the world's highest-dosed probiotic

With over 450 billion bacteria per dose (Sachet), VSL#3 is the world's highest-dosed probiotic. It has 8 strains of bacteria from lactic acid and bifidobacteria and streptococci, that occur naturally in the human intestine.

The intestinal mucosa (intestinal mucosa) has to do a great deal for our health: On a surface of more than 400m2, together with the intestinal flora (intestinal microbiota) and the mucos (mucus) effectively ward off pathogens and pollutants - but at the same time the Advance digestion and selectively absorb water and nutrients. The intestinal cells are firmly connected via small bridges (“tight junctions”). When these break, pathogens flow and pollutants enter the body uncontrollably and trigger an immune reaction. The immune system overreacts and inflammation, pain and diarrhea can result. If the intestinal mucosa is permeable in the long term, leaky gut syndrome develops. The consequences are often allergies and subliminal inflammations, e.g. in patients with irritable bowel syndrome.

If the intestinal flora is imbalanced, i.e. there is a changed composition than in a healthy state, one speaks of a dysbiosis. A dysbiosis can, for example caused by medication, gastrointestinal diseases or chronic stress, among other things. The natural composition becomes unbalanced and "disease-causing" bacteria or fungi can develop colonize the intestine more quickly (miscolonization). These can be at a corresponding Ambient change (pH value should be between 5.8 and 6.5 in the stool) massively increase and the Suppress gut bacteria that we need to stay healthy.

Damage to the mucous membrane can have a variety of causes. These include

Compared to other products on the market, their concentrations per serving typically are between 1 and 15 billion bacteria, VSL#3 has a concentration that is up to 450 times higher and a special mixture of different bacterial strains of natural origin. • Lactobacillus plantarum BP06,
• Lactobacillus paracasei BP07,
• Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus BD08 (Reclassified as L. helveticus).

The application of VSL#3

Since I started taking VSL3 (which is only a short time), I've noticed a significant improvement in my overall well-being.I highly recommend it and will definitely buy it again.When you calculate the cost, it's not that expensive at all.Other probiotics are much less concentrated – I have to take three capsules or sachets of those.With this, I get everything I need in just one dose.

i've always had problems with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), from a bloated stomach and gas to constipation.I feel like I've spent half my life on the toilet.I read about VSL in a women's magazine and wanted to give it a try.Up until then, I'd tried countless different products, from cortisone to green probiotics to tons of cheap probiotics from Amazon.Nothing really helped.I've been taking this product for two months now, and it's improved significantly.The constant bloating is gone, and I no longer have constipation.Highly recommended!

I feel great with VSL#3. It was recommended to me a few years ago by a professor of microbiology, and I take it every now and then as a kind of treatment for my gut flora.Compared to other probiotics, VSL#3's high concentration of different bacterial strains (over 450 billion!!!!) is probably unbeatable.A definite recommendation!
