Vulniphan^® Vaginal Gel

Vulniphan^® Vaginal Gel from Dr. Pfleger Arzneimittel GmbH is a moisturizing gel developed for the acute relief of symptoms of vaginal dryness.

Greater well-being with Vulniphan^® Vaginal Gel
Vaginal dryness can be very unpleasant in everyday life. Approximately half of all women in Germany suffer from these symptoms at least occasionally. Symptoms such as itching and/or burning, triggered by vaginal dryness, can be temporary or persistent.

Vulniphan^® Vaginal Gel can relieve these symptoms and contribute to improved well-being and quality of life.

With hyaluronic acid and lactic acid
Vulniphan^® Vaginal Gel forms a protective film on the affected dry areas and provides lasting moisture with water-binding substances (e.g., hyaluronic acid). With the addition of lactic acid, the gel also supports the maintenance of the naturally acidic pH in the vagina, thus contributing to the protection of the vaginal flora.

How is Vulniphan^® Vaginal Gel used?
Vulniphan^® Vaginal Gel can be used in the vagina and external genital area. Wash your hands thoroughly (with soap for approximately 20–30 seconds) before each use of the vaginal gel and maintain proper hygiene in the intimate area. For discomfort in the vaginal opening and external genital area, the gel can be applied and spread with a clean finger as needed, even several times a day. A strip of gel approximately 0.5 cm long is sufficient.

The gel should be applied to the vagina once daily, preferably in the evening before going to bed. To do this, apply a strip of gel approximately 2 cm long into the vagina using a clean finger.

Once symptoms improve, the frequency of application can be reduced as needed.

For acute symptoms, daily application should be used for 7 to a maximum of 10 days. After symptoms subside, one application every 3 days or as needed is sufficient to maintain lubrication.
