I had surgery for a large anal fissure that had developed over years.After the surgery, the wound healed poorly. Cauterization by the doctor was also unsuccessful. Another surgery was looming, which I didn't want at all, as it could lead to incontinence. A neighbor recommended this cream to me. It saved me. Consistent cleaning with moistened toilet paper followed by this cream. It hasn't reopened in six months. Perhaps this will help others. Of course, it doesn't replace a doctor.
