I had surgery on a large anal fissure that developed over years. Poor wound healing after the operation. Chemical burns by the doctor were also unsuccessful. The next operation was threatened. I didn't want this at all as it could also result in incontinence. A neighbor recommended this cream to me. It saved me. Consistent cleaning with wet toilet paper and then this cream .It hasn't been torn open for 6 months.Maybe this will help others.Of course it doesn't replace a doctor.
