These ear plugs are totally comfortable, not like the previous stuff that was available. I've been using them for over a year and I sleep very well despite snoring at my side. When I get up at night, loosening it up for a moment is definitely more pleasant than leaving it close in. They are very easy to clean, after a while you just need new ones, they also adapt very well because they can be kneaded as you like - highly recommended
