These earplugs are incredibly comfortable, unlike the old ones that were around. I've been using them for about a year now, and despite the snoring next to me, I sleep very well.If I get up at night, I just loosen them briefly;it's definitely more comfortable than leaving them tightly in. They're very easy to clean, and of course, after a while, you just need new ones. They also adapt very well because they're malleable – highly recommended
