Instructions for Use
How to use?
Instill the drops into each nostril.First, clear your nose by blowing it vigorously.Tilt your head back for application.To avoid infection, the medication should only be used by one person.
Duration of use?
The medication should not be used for more than 7 days without medical advice.A second application should only be made after a break of several days.
Overdose?
An overdose can cause, among other things, nausea, fever, cramps, respiratory problems, cardiovascular disorders, and cardiac arrest.If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor immediately.
Generally, pay particular attention to accurate dosing, especially for infants, young children, and the elderly.If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist about any potential effects or precautions.

How does the active ingredient in the medicine work?The active ingredient reduces swelling of the nasal mucosa and stops the excessive nasal secretion production during a cold.This allows patients to breathe more freely.The active ingredient also relieves eye irritation (e.g., from drafts) by constricting the dilated blood vessels in the eyeball, thereby reducing excessive blood flow to the mucous membrane.

Hypersensitivity to the ingredients:
- Dryness of the nasal mucosa with crusting (rhinitis sicca)
- Acute condition following removal of the pituitary gland through the nose and sphenoid bone (exposed meninges)

Increased intraocular pressure (glaucoma), especially narrow-angle glaucoma:
- Cardiovascular diseases, such as
- Coronary artery disease (impaired blood flow to the heart muscle):
- High blood pressure
- Pheochromocytoma (adrenalin-producing tumor)
- Metabolic disorders, such as
- Hyperthyroidism:
