i bought the product about a week ago and initially took 1 drop as described. Since nothing happened, I then took 4 drops before going to bed and again nothing happened - unfortunately, the taste is good, hence 1 star.

That doesn't help. Not in the slightest.

I'm currently going through menopause and my sleep is very restless and far too short.ZzzQuil, in the form of soft gummies, helps with this. They also taste good and dissolve quickly thanks to vitamin B6, chamomile, valerian, and lavender.Take them about 30 minutes before bedtime, and it should do the trick... I'm still testing it :)

I received this product to test and was very curious about the comparison, as I usually use a different melatonin product. The drops are pleasantly soft and easy to suck on, and they have a slightly fruity taste.I find that you need to take them for a few days (okay, for some people it works from the first day) until a certain melatonin level is reached.For me, two drops work best (but I also vary the dosage with the other product I use). You just have to find your perfect dose and the right time to take them.Normally, I take them 30 minutes before bed, but I usually take them 45-60 minutes beforehand.You fall into a deep sleep much faster and therefore wake up feeling much more refreshed.

I had the opportunity to test the product and I'm thrilled.The lozenges taste good and really do help with falling asleep!I wouldn't have thought it possible...
