This product absolutely doesn't deliver on its promises, and frankly, it can't!!!...why?Because the first two ingredients listed are glucose & and sugar...and as we all know, sugar is anything but conducive to sleep!!! So, it's a COMPLETE NONSENSE! Furthermore, anyone wondering "What exactly is the chewing gum base made of?"...valid question...but you won't find the answer here or online...they constantly focus on the properties of the extracts...but not a word about the sugar or the base...which is made from beef gelatin!!! Basically HALAL but not vegan...which I find really lame in 2022. But it doesn't really matter, since it's useless, and I think the price is outrageous for 30/60 gummies! Green Doc's melatonin is 1,000 times better!!!...but not the melt-in-the-mouth tablets...they unfortunately give you a headache.

How lucky I was to receive a sample bag of three soft gummies with one of my recent deliveries! Well, I'm sometimes just not tired or relaxed enough to fall asleep.So, it's more of a mild case of insomnia. I tried one of these soft gummies and was very surprised.First, they taste good, and second, I fell asleep without any problems, slept through the night, and felt much more rested in the morning. After that, I bought a tin of 60. Now the whole family takes them occasionally, and everyone loves them. I was very skeptical at first, but I definitely recommend them!

Unfortunately, it had no effect on improving sleep.It was used according to the package insert – and unfortunately, it contains sugar.
