i've been taking these capsules for four years and my circulation in my legs has improved by 50%. You have to take them regularly, though, and don't let anyone talk you out of it. I can say this because I always had problems with circulation and always had to wear compression stockings; I couldn't do without them. Now I don't need them anymore; I've thrown them away.
